About RoutRunner
RoutRunner is an on-demand parts delivery platform built specifically for Florida's contractor market. We connect tradespeople — HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, roofers, general contractors — with local drivers who handle supply runs so skilled labor can stay productive on the jobsite.
RoutRunner is a NexLvel LLC product. Our tagline: Empowering operators for success.
The Problem We Solve
Florida's construction sector employs 69,690 construction laborers and 72,460 light truck drivers. These tradespeople bill $25–$40/hr for their skills. Yet every day, thousands of them spend 60–90 minutes on parts runs to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ferguson — costing contractors $25–$60 in wasted labor per run.
At the same time, Florida has ~450,000 active DoorDash drivers earning $14–19/hr gross — the lowest-paid gig workforce in any large state. These drivers want more consistent, better-paying work.
RoutRunner connects both sides: contractors save money by outsourcing parts runs, drivers earn $24–40/hr delivering to professional B2B customers.
The Market
Florida has 411 incorporated municipalities, 161 Home Depot stores, 132 Lowe's locations, and 71 Ferguson branches — 364 trade supply touchpoints. No last-mile delivery platform has mapped this network specifically for contractor parts runs.
